Obituary for Thomas L. Osterbrink
Thomas L. Osterbrink 86, of Wall, NJ died Saturday, July 9, 2016. Born in Jersey City, NJ Thomas lived in Bridgewater and Sea Girt before moving to Wall 15 years ago. Thomas served in the US Army during the Korean War. He worked for Merck and Co., Rahway until retiring as Corporate Controller. He was a parishioner of St. Mark’s Church, Sea Girt, NJ.
He was predeceased by his wife Rosemary Van Doren Osterbrink in 2004. Surviving are his 2 daughters; Kim Ann Canfield and her husband Robert of Manasquan, Caryn Ross and her husband Scott of Hillsborough, a son; Paul Osterbrink and his wife Debbie of Knoxville, TN. He also leaves 7 grandchildren; Brian, Michael, Glen, Karl, Ian, Eric and Lisa, and 1 great grandson Thomas.
Visiting will be Tuesday from 6-9 PM and Wednesday from 10 AM until the service at 10:30 AM at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd. Wall, NJ. Burial will follow in St. Anne’s Cemetery, Wall. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Deborah Hospital Foundation, P.O. Box 820 Browns Mills, NJ 08015.
