Obituary for Concetta Amogretti (Tarantino )

Concetta “Connie” Amogretti, age 73 a lifelong resident of Brick, NJ passed away Friday April 21st, 2017 at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton. Connie was born in Elizabeth, NJ on February 12, 1944 to Frank and Vincenza Tarantino. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, and grandmother.
Connie was the person who could easily turn anyones bad day into a great one. Her smile and laugh were just two of the many things that made her special. Her happiness was contagious.
Connie is predeceased in death by her husband, Peter D. Amogretti in 1994, by her parents and by her siblings Robert and Frank Tarantino and Nancy Garriga.
She is survived by her daughter and three sons Susan of Roebling , Peter of Toms River, Michael and his wife Michelle of Brick and Robert of Brick. Connie has five beloved grandchildren Brad, Amanda, Haley, Jenna and Peter. Connie also is survived by her dear brothers, Natal and Jimmy Tarantino and by her sisters, Rosemarie Lichtenstein, Barbara Eisner, Diane Hegazy and Christine Young. She will be dearly missed by all of her loved ones.
The family will invite relatives and friends together for a memorial gathering Friday, April 28th, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm with the evening prayer service beginning at 7:30pm at O'Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd, Brick NJ 08724.
