Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Thomas Gannon can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thomas Gannon 71 of Neptune, NJ died Sunday, July 23, 2017 at Jersey Shore Univ. Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Thomas lived in Bradley Beach, NJ before to moving to Neptune 15 years ago. Thomas served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He was a Regional Clinical Supervisor for Child Protection and Substance Abuse Initiative for Preferred Behavioral Health, Lakewood, NJ. He was a friend of Bill W. Thomas was a parishioner of Holy Innocents Church, Neptune.
Thomas was predeceased by his parents; John and Margaret Gannon, 3 brothers; Jack, Patrick and Frank Gannon. Surviving are his longtime companion and partner Robin Hines of Neptune, NJ, a brother Robert Gannon and his wife Mary of Brick, NJ and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday, from 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall. A Funeral Mass will be Thursday, 10 AM at Holy Innocents Church, 3455 West Bangs Ave., Neptune, NJ. Burial will be in Brig, Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301
