Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Mildred Hladick can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Mildred "Millie"  Hladick (Dyno)
Mildred “Millie” Hladick, 87, of Forked River passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Community Medical Center in Toms River. Millie was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was employed by American Flange Manufacturing Company in Linden for many years before retiring in 1989. She was a member of the Orthodox Christian Church of the Annunciation in Brick. She loved to garden and was a member of The Garden Club of Lacey Twp. Born and raised in Mayfield, PA she lived in Avenel before moving to Forked River 24 years ago.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Ernest Hladick in 2002; and by all of her siblings. Surviving are her son, John Hladick and his wife, Michele of New Egypt; daughters, Diane Monteverde and her husband, John of Yardley, PA and Elaine D’Alessandro and her husband, Alan of Forked River; 4 grandchildren, A.J. D’Alessandro and his wife, Laura, Amy Ginty and her husband, Michael, Nikolai Hladick and Alexa Hladick; a great grandson, Luca D’Alessandro; sister in law, Joan Brenzel of Jermyn, PA; and many nieces and nephews.
Visiting will be on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 9am -11am at the Orthodox Christian Church of the Annunciation, 360 Van Zile Road, Brick. A funeral service will be held at 11am in the church. Burial will follow at the NJ Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the Orthodox Christian Church of the Annunciation Building Fund.
