Shirley Joan Nadal, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at Preferred Care in Wall. Born and raised in Neptune, Shirley has resided in Brick for the past 57 years.

Shirley was a devoted member of the Trinity Bible Church in Allenwood. She was always helping others in the church community and was very involved in many different church activities. In her spare time Shirley loved knitting and crocheting and when she was younger she loved to draw and paint and take bike rides with her children. Shirley also loved sharing in many happy family trips over the many years of her life. Additionally, she often enjoyed participating in various Neptune HS reunions and Brick Historical Society gatherings over the years.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, Anthony Nadal; her children, Erick Nadal and his wife Kym, Aime Antonides and her husband John, and Jason Nadal and his wife Renée; her sister Norma Jackson, her five grandchildren, John Jr., Aidan, Jordan, Logan, and Ethan, and her husband’s sister Irene Stamatogianis.

Viewing will be held on Monday, August 14, 2017 from 10-11 a.m. at Trinity Bible Church, 3801 Allenwood-Lakewood Rd, Allenwood, NJ 08720 (Phone: 1-732-458-6210) followed by a service at 11:00 a.m. Cremation is private. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to Trinity Bible Church.
