Condolence: I'm so sorry to hear the sad news. Billy was always there for us when my bands (stateradio and dispatch) played down in jersey. my brother Willy and I crashed with him last time we were there. we were blown away by his hospitality. He inspired so many to fight through their struggles with addiction. He loved helping people. He supported the local music scene with endless enthusiasm. He was quick enough and had the eye to capture photographs at just the right moment. it's such a loss to the community - my heart goes out to his family. He was a great guy. We love you billy, we'll never forget your friendship.
