Dear Marion and Family, i am very sorry to learn of your dear husband's death. I was in the habit of checking in on him when I came to see Bobby. Patrick always acknowledged me in his own way and smiled. I'm happy that you were able to spend your anniversary together this summer. I haven't said anything to Bobby; he would be extremely upset because he liked Patrick very much. Please know I am thinking of you and have been concerned ever since I heard.
