Obituary for Edward John Tuite
Edward John Tuite, age 81, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 at Ocean Medical Center in Brick. Born and raised in Newark, Edward has resided in Brick for the past 51 years.
Edward served in the United States Navy.
Mr. Tuite worked for NJ Transit as a bus electrician retiring in 1999. He was a communicant of St. Dominic’s RC Church in Brick.
He is predeceased by his daughter Stacy Fetyko and his three brothers and four sisters.
Surviving are his beloved wife, Dolores Tuite; his sons, Michael and Edward Tuite; his sister Joan Tuite; his eight grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 3-7 p.m. at O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd., Brick. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Dominic’s RC Church, Brick followed by the interment at St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood.
