Obituary for Joseph Judikic

Joseph F. Judikic, 76 of Wall Township passed away Monday, October 30, 2017 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.
Joseph was born in Arlington, Vt. and had resided in Belmar prior to moving to Wall Township in 1972. He had attended the Univ. of Miami, Pratt in Kansas, the Univ. of Tulsa, and graduated from the Hardin Simmons University, Abilene Tx. Joseph went on to become an Art Teacher at Ocean Township High School for over 35 years. He coached Football and Golf for many championship teams while at Ocean.
Joseph and Shirle also owned Gallery III Antiques in Spring Lake Heights for 30 years. While there he refurbished antiques and collectible furniture.
Joseph was a gifted artist and some of his artwork was on display at Art Shows around the country.
Joseph was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Isabel Barna Judikic.
Because Joseph was an only child, he really had a strong bond with Shirle’s siblings, William and Ralph Supernavage and Carol Hutchinson, whom he treated as siblings of his own.
Joseph is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years Shirle Supernavage Judikic, his son Joseph Judikic and Karen Vodarsik and their son Joseph Paul Judikic of Tinton Falls along with his in laws and numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm followed by a Funeral Service on Friday at 10:00am at the at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd.,Wall. Interment will be in Lawnside Cemetery, Woodstown, NJ
