Condolence: Carole Plietz was a culinary artist. Clint told me that she brought bounty from her kitchen as a treat. During one of my visits, Clint shared one of the meals with me, pointedly noting that it was a sacrifice to give up that dinner. He was right. I still remember that Veal Parmigiana as one of the best meals of my life. We are thinking of all of you. Love, Kathy and family
