Paul Alexander  Mudrick
Paul Alexander Mudrick, 74 of Wall, NJ passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends. Born and raised in Perth Amboy, Paul lived in Neptune before moving to Wall 34 years ago. He graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Perth Amboy, Monmouth College and Kean College, earning degrees in Elementary Education and Administration & Supervision. Paul went on to work as an educator at Central School in Keyport. He was an active member of many sportsman clubs, and was a devout communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Asbury Park.
Paul was predeceased by his parents Joseph and Anna T. Mudrick. Surviving is his beloved wife of 50 years, Joanna DeAngelis Mudrick; his cousin, Mary Pat Worobey of Bethlehem, PA; his sister-in-law, Barbara LeMeune and her husband Granville of Wall; a nephew, Douglas McGuinness and his wife Dianne and their daughters Morgan and Taylor of Colorado; and a niece, Meghan Kachmar and her husband Mike and their sons Michael and Jack of Brick. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten!
Visiting will be Thursday, from 4-8 PM at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, 11 AM at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Asbury Park. Please meet the family at church. Committal will follow at St. Catharine Cemetery, Wall. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul’s name to Hackensack Meridian Hospice or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
