Antoinette Riccio, 93, of Wall, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at home.
Mrs. Riccio (nee Muraglia) was born in Newark and raised in Cedar Grove. She and her husband moved to Toms River in 1954, where they raised their children. She moved to Wall in 1998. She was a homemaker, and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Mrs. Riccio was predeceased by her son Anthony in 1967, by her husband, Angelo in 1994, and by her sister and brothers. She is survived by her daughter, Patricia Sprague, with whom she lived. She is also survived by her granddaughter and her husband, Melissa and Larry Bell, of New York, and their children, Noah and Ian Bell, and her grandson and his wife, Richard and Cathy Sprague, of Florida, and their daughter, Mary Jane Levann.
Visitation will take place at O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy. 35, Wall, on Friday, December 22, 2017, from 7-9 P.M. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, Toms River, on Saturday, December 23, 2017, at 9 A.M., followed by burial at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Riccio’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, at www.stjude.org.
