Obituary for Dennis N. Kleinknecht Jr.
Dennis N. Kleinknecht, Jr., 49, of New Egypt, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2018, at Community Medical Center, Toms River surrounded by family and friends.
Dennis was born in Newark before moving to Howell where he graduated from Monsignor Donovan High School. He then attended Brookdale Community College in Lincroft where he earned his Associates Degree. He then resided in New Egypt for many years. He spent his career as a Construction Supervisor with Continental Properties and as Project Manager for Paramount Homes.
Dennis was predeceased by his father, Dennis N. Kleinknecht, Sr. He is survived by his children, Nathan Dennis, Alexander Joseph and Abigail Eileen. Dennis is also survived by his mother and stepfather, Eileen (Kozimor) and Michael D’Ignazio of Whiting, his sisters, Jennifer Kleinknecht, Carol Hompesch and her husband Donald and Danielle Casbar and her husband Nicholas; as well as his aunt, Carol Rodriguez and Uncle Robert Rodriguez, his aunts Ruth D’Ignazio and Rose Kleinknecht, his uncle George Kleinknecht; many cousins and friends. Also surviving is Michelle Jackson, who was Dennis’s girlfriend of many years.
In accordance with his wishes, Dennis was cremated privately. Memorial visitation will take place at O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy. 35, Wall, on Thursday, March 15, 2018, from 4-7 PM, with a religious service to follow at 7 PM.
