Condolence: I was shocked and saddened to hear of Bob's death. He was a long time member of the Eastern Shore Chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police. Bob was a tireless worker for the Lodge, always volunteering for fund raising projects, full of humor and interesting stories. He will be sorely missed. On a personal note, Bob and I shared many times when we would sit and reminisce about our many years in law enforcement (as old cops do). He was quick with a joke and had a zest for life. He spoke often of the pride he had in his children and what was going on in their lives. Although you are grieving, take consolation in the fact that you dad had a full and eventful life. As we say in the "cop business", he had a good run. RIP my friend.

Condolence: I have fond memories of summer barbecues in the Kerris backyard on Essex Ave in Glen Ridge, and of Mr. Kerris in his policeman's uniform. He was always quick to smile. My condolences to the family.
