Janet L. Violenzo, 86 of Wall Township passed away Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at her daughter’s home in Sea Girt.
Born in Mount Vernon, NY, Janet married Donald A. Violenzo in 1954 and moved to Pt Pleasant Boro where they raised their family. She later resided in Brick before moving to Wall Township in 2012. Janet was a
wonderful homemaker, avid handcrafter and beloved grandmother.
She later took employment as a data analyst at Prudential in Holmdel till she retired in 1994.

She was predeceased by her parents Eugene and Laura McDonough LaFleche, and her sister Phyllis LaFleche.

Janet is survived by her devoted daughters and their husbands; Laura G. and Barry K. Green Jr. of Sea Girt, Melissa A. and Kevin Oakes of Bayville, and Dawn and Thomas W. Cody Jr. of Chula Vista, CA., her 4 cherished granddaughters: Jessica and Ashley “Kendall” Green, and Amanda Phalon and Marissa Oakes.

Visitation will be on Friday from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and 7:00pm - 9:00pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 10:00am at St. Dominic’s Church, 250 Old Squan Rd., Brick. Please go directly to the Church on Saturday, there will not be a procession from the funeral home. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Lakewood.
