The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Charles Raspantini can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Charles C.  Raspantini
Charles C. Raspantini, 77, of Brick passed away peacefully on Monday, June 18, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born and raised in Paterson and moved to Brick in 1970. He loved being on his boat “The Good Time Charlie” fishing with his sons while Antoinette was sunbathing. Many lifelong friends were made at the Marina. His greatest treasure was his family.
He was predeceased by his loving wife, Antoinette (Russo) Raspantini in 2017; his beloved son, Philip in 2008 and brother, Martin in 2004. Surviving are his son, Anthony and his wife, Joan; sisters, Joan Russo and Sue Mabey and her husband, Dave; sister-in-law, Anna Marie Fortes and her husband, Joseph; 6 grandchildren, Anthony, Kimberly and her husband Chris, Brittany, Kaitlyn, Justin and Dane; 3 great grandchildren, Beatrice Alicia, Rose Antoinette and Aiden Philip; as well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends who adored him.
Visiting will be on Friday from 4-8pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. A Mass will be offered on Saturday 11am at Epiphany RC Church, Brick. Final interment will be held privately at St. Anne’s Mausoleum at a later date. Donations may be made in his name to the St. Jude Children’s Research Foundation or to the Wounded Warriors Project.
