Obituary for Frances Dooley (Micca)
Frances Dooley, of Sea Girt, passed away on Monday, June 25, 2018.
Mrs. Dooley was born and raised in New York, and lived in Union City, before moving to Point Pleasant Beach in 1952, and to Sea Girt in 1985. She was an Assistant Vice-President at Ocean Federal Savings & Loan, Point Pleasant Beach, before retiring in 1985.
Mrs. Dooley was predeceased by her beloved husband, Hyacinth Dooley, in 1992, as well as by her parents, Dominic and Louisa Micca, and her siblings, Joseph, Louis, Lawrence, and Josephine Micca, Rose Grimm, and Theresa Baumgartner. She is survived by her sons and their spouses, Lawrence and Inger Dooley, of Point Pleasant Beach, and James R. Dooley, M.D., and Gayle Dooley, of Brick. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Dr. Kevin Dooley, and his wife Lauren, and Christopher and Stephanie Dooley, as well as her great-grandchildren, John and Meghan Dooley, and numerous nephews and nieces.
There will be no visitation. All are invited to attend the funeral Mass, which will be celebrated at St. Mark’s Church, Sea Girt, on Thursday, June 28, 2018, at 9:30 A.M., followed by interment at St. Catharine’s Cemetery.
