Obituary for Rose J Wildeman (Jordan )

Rose J. Wildeman, passed away on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at Wellington Estates in Spring Lake. Born and raised in Kearny, Rose lived in Oakhurt for nine years then moved to Deal where she lived for many years before moving to Point Pleasant where she has resided for the past 39 years.

Rose was an active member of St. Martha’s RC Church in Point Pleasant where she served as Eucharistic Minister. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family.

She is predeceased by her beloved husband John in 1986 and her grandson Stephen R. Sherman in 2005.

Surviving are her children, John Wildeman, Bernadette Sherman, Kevin Wildeman and his wife Sarah, Donna Brogan and Jim, Brian Wildeman and his wife Mary, Terrance Wildeman and his wife Veronica and Timothy Wildeman and his wife Anna Lee; her sisters, Cecilia Holle and Teresa Corcoran; 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 4-8 p.m. at O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd., Brick, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 3rd at 9:30 a.m. at St. Martha’s RC Church, Point Pleasant followed by the interment at St. Catharine’s Cemetery, Sea Girt.
