Condolence: I knew Kathy for 20 years, 1993 to 2013. She was an extremely loving and compassionate person to the people we both served, individuals with developmental disabilities. I knew Kathy as a skilled professional, running a day program and later as a Case Manager working tirelessly for her clients. I also knew Kathy as a sponsor for my ward, Viola. Kathy took Viola into her home and treated her with great respect, like a sister (for more than 20 years). I used to tell Viola, "you won the lottery, you have the best home and sponsor in Monmouth County!" As the Guardian for about 150 people in Monmouth County I could make this statement with sincerity and authority. My sympathies go out to Kathy's relatives. Kathy Clark definitely made a difference by serving others during her time with us.
