Dorothy E. Ciuffo, 82, of Howell, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2018 surrounded by the love of her family. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Dorothy and her beloved husband Joseph lived in Queens and later moved to New Jersey to be closer to cherished family.

Dorothy loved being creative – she excelled at cake decorating for Baskin Robins, was passionate about her holiday decorations, and was even the Director of the Stitching Club of Friendship Gardens. She adored her family and they brought her so much pride and joy. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, and friend, but nothing made her happier than being “Nan”.

Dorothy was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph. She is survived by her sister Jean Poto; her devoted daughters – Doreen & husband Mike Dragin and their children Dina, Stephanie and Amanda; and Dolores Ciuffo & her companion Mack Nyiradi. She also leaves her wonderful greatgrandchildren – Juliana, Nico, Joseph, Marco, Blake, Brielle, Miela… and Sophia.

Memorial Visitation will be on Sunday from 1-4pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, Wall, NJ. Funeral service will conclude the Visitation. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. www.cancer.org
