Robert “Bobby” James Jacobs, 34, died suddenly on Friday, September 7, 2018 at home. Bobby, a life long resident of Brick, enjoyed his career as a mechanic, car racing, golfing and carrying out the family tradition of goofing around and teasing the younger generation.

Bobby is survived by his father, Paul Jacobs, Sr. and Dee Krueger of Manasquan; mother, Debra Chmielowiec and her husband, Stephen of Brick; brothers, Stephen Chmielowiec, Paul Jacobs, Jr. and his wife, Sarah Jacobs of Brick; a niece and nephew; as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins all of whom will miss his laugh and unforgettable warm smile.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 11th from 4:00-8:00pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick. Final interment will be held privately at Monmouth Memorial Park.
