Obituary for Emmaline O'Hara
Emmaline O’Hara, 83, of Sea Girt, passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016.
Mrs. O’Hara was born in Jersey City to George and Edna Volland. She was raised in North Arlington. She had resided in Sea Girt since 1961. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed country music, the beach and antiquing.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. O’Hara was predeceased by her husband, John B. O’Hara, Jr., in 2014, by her daughter, Robin Anne Felline, in 1996, and by her brother, George Volland. She is survived by her son, Kevin O’Hara, of Sea Girt, her granddaughters, Maura O’Hara Miller and Jessica Felline, her great-grandson, Miles Miller, and her sister and brother-in-law, Eleanor and Joseph Curto, of California.
Visitation will take place at O’Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy. 35, Wall, on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, from 4-7 PM. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mark’s Church, Sea Girt, on Thursday, December 22, 2016, at 9:30 AM, followed by entombment at St. Catharine’s Cemetery.
