Obituary for Alice C "Billie" Otten (Kehl )
Alice C. Otten “Billie”, age 82, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune. Born and raised in Staten Island, Billie lived in Hazlet, Colts Neck, Park Ridge, Pt. Pleasant Beach and most recently has resided in Lakewood and Jupiter, FL.
Billie was an avid golfer and was a member of the Ladies Golf League at Four Seasons of Lakewood and Jupiter Dunes Ladies League. She was a communicant of St. Martha’s RC Church in Pt. Pleasant and St. Jude’s in Tequesta, FL. Billie loved traveling the world with her husband and spending time with her loving family.
Surviving are her beloved husband, Gerald of 64 years; her children, Gerald Otten Jr., Steven Otten and his wife Pamela, Wendy Emiliani and her husband Domenico and John Otten and his wife Nancy; her brother William Kehl; her 9 grandchildren, Christopher, Daniel, Steven, Amy, Joseph, Robert, Elizabeth and her husband Joshua, Vincent and Charlie.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Rd., Brick. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Wednesday, June 21st at 9:30 a.m. at St. Martha’s RC Church, Point Pleasant followed by the entombment at St. Anne’s Cemetery, Wall.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to The American Heart Association.
