Obituary for Wayne Bennett
Wayne Bennett, 69, of Neptune City passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at his home. He was a proud member of the Laborers Union, Local #472 in Newark. He was a Harley Davidson enthusiast and enjoyed taking trips on the bike alongside his son, Ean.
Born in Long Branch, he lived in Eatontown before moving to Neptune City 41 years ago.
Mr. Bennett was predeceased by his loving wife, Maureen Ann Bennett; his father, Walter Bennett; and by his mother, Hazel Bennett. Surviving is his son, Ean Bennett; daughter, Tracy Bennett and her husband, Len Bulloch; brother, James Bennett and his wife, Linda; sisters, Vicki, Debbi, Melanie and Lisa; and his grandchildren, Len Ean, Lenton Tyler, Landen James, Treylen Wayne and Lenae Maureen; as well as many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Wayne and Maureen Bennett’s names to Meridian Nursing and Rehab Facility, 1725 Meridian Trail, Wall, NJ 07719.
