The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Burgess can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

May God hold him in the palm of his hand. It's not a small thing that the father who prayed for his family on earth now prays for them in heaven. Billy Graham said, "The moment we take our last breath on earth, we take our first in heaven." Jim's children's love for each other is a testament to him as a father. Never forget how he helped me when I needed help and I'm sure he wouldn't want that even mentioned so I won't elaborate. I will always remember.
