Obituary for Thomas Arthur Alberti
Thomas Alberti, age 63, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. Born in Teaneck, Thomas was raised in Hackensack before moving to Louisville, Kentucky where he spent the next 20 years of his life. Thomas was a graduate of Rider College. Thomas loved to travel and lived in various cities throughout the country. Eventually, Thomas made his way to the Jersey Shore where he resided in Brick for his final years. Thomas loved horseracing, spending time at the beach and playing golf.
Thomas is predeceased by his father Thomas Alberti. Thomas is survived by his loving mother, Katherine; brother, John Alberti; son, Zachary Aliberti and his fiancé Liane Darson. Thomas is survived by a cherished friend, Dave Deangelis, to whom the family would like to thank for all of his love and support.
Visitation will be on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 4-8pm at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick NJ. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the O’Brien Funeral Home, 505 Burnt Tavern Road, Brick NJ at 11am.
Donations may be made in his name to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, P.O. Box 5028, Hagerstown, MD 21741-5028.
