Message: My sincere, heartfelt sympathy to the Flood family. Unfortunately, I was never able to get to know Mr. Flood, but I did have the good fortune to get to know Mrs. Flood and some of the Flood children. Mr. Flood had to be very proud of his family, and an exceptional father, as all of the Flood children were exceptional individuals. I felt as though I had a special bond with Mrs. Flood, as each day as a loyal wife I saw her and we would talk and laugh together. I hope in some way I helped Mrs. Flood get through those very tough days. I will miss all of you and know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
