In retirement, he did volunteer tax preparation for the AARP. He was a member of the Englewood Field Club, Spring Lake Bath and Tennis Club, and Jumping Brook Country Club, and was an avid tennis player, platform tennis player and golfer. But above all, Bill was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
Bill was predeceased by his parents, Dr. Antonio and Rose (Zarcone) Rottino, and by his brother, David Rottino. He is survived by his beloved wife of 48 years, Mary (Noone), and by their children, Andrew Rottino, Hoboken, Nicole Herring and her husband Ryan, of Wayne, and Claire Rottino and her husband John Kolovos, of Medfield, MA. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Cassidy and Dean Kolovos, and Avery and Paige Herring, who brought him tremendous joy, as well as his brother and sister-in-law, Antonio, Jr. and Marcia Rottino, of Racine, WI, and his sister and brother-in-law, Mary Ann and George Bednar, of Camarillo, CA.
