MSgt Tierney was a true American patriot, friend, father figure and mentor to myself and countless other individuals. I wish I had gotten to visit with him one more time, there are so many things I wish I could say but all I can do is offer my condolences to his family and wish you guys the best. I know this is a naval phrase but from a guy who joined because of him, Fair winds and following seas.
